Our internet service provider had an un-planned outage and has been down since yesterday afternoon. Service appears to have been restored (for now).

I ket trying to get on yesterday (and today) and kept getting timed out.

Yes, we were down again, apparently the ISP is still trying to resolve the initial problem. We are trying to find out exactly what is going wrong.

There is a special category for ISP problems. Unmentionable on a family channel. :) They come and they go. The faster they go the higher the level of service any ISP has to offer. Once in awhile they can even plan an outage for improvements.
