everytime i try to enter a chat room a new screen pops up saying that my version of explorer doesnt support the advanced options of the chat room, and to try the back up room. when i try to go to the back up room my screen freezes and i have to control,alt,delete to get the screen to close. im using version 6.0 right now. if anyone could tell me how to get it to work, or if i need to install something else please let me know. i would appreciate any help i can get. thank you.

You might have a pop-up stopper running. Try exiting that progam & see if you can get in.

If not wait for Ken & John to see this & offer you real advice. LOL

Steve's right. Internet Explorer 6.0 has a built in pop-up blocker too. Be sure to add this site to the "Allow" list. Also make sure scripting is enabled. To do so, just go to Tools-Internet Options-Security. Then click on the Custom Level button. Scroll almost all the way down and be sure Active and Java scripting is enabled.
