What brand name starter soil is everyone using. Trying to find the best, but have been so far disappointed.

I've used the same two products and both seemed fine.

my mix is close to tommans 1/4 vermiculite- 1/4 perlite- 1/4 potting soil - 1/4 peat moss i also bottom warm this mix to 80 degrees f keep it covered so it doesn't dry out and bubble the seeds that have been filed in a weak solution of water and seaweed extract for about 10 min (thanks len s.) but think i will keep my soil mix and use joe a's advanced seed starting method for germination this year
