Shannon, the 454 seed that you gave me sprouted today;(1!st one for me,ever),and I am very excited. It srouted up on sun,the 23rd. with gusto, and now it is 3 1/2 in. high, and a full 3 in. across!!.this seed just "exploded" out of my 1/2 gal. pot. After filling shell,I soaked it in water for about 8 hrs.,then used the damp paper-towell-in the baggie-methed.On day 5,It started to grow out of it's shell,so in the pot it went.At day 10,It had sprouted. had my uncle over with his roto-tiller,and showed him my germination set-up,at about 2 pm.,sun(no sprout yet),then when I looked at my set-up's,at 6 pm. sun,the "454" had already pushed through the soil, and was about 1/2 in. OUT of the soil;ALL THIS ACTION IN ONLY 4 HRS.!! Shannon,I will keep you up to date on this plant(from the seed you gave me),as it looks to be a very viable plant so far. Thanks,Shannon, for getting me "hooked" on this "obsession",lol,Christopher Keller

Wow...good to see the excitement in your post. The 454 is going in at my patch (808 Beachy x 231 Engel) 808 is a (846 Calai x 801 Stelts) the 231 is a (801.5 x self). The Odd thing about this seed is the pollinator used on the 808 is the same 801.5 plant as the 231. Which was a cutting taken from the 801.5 which grew the 1049 Koch 02. Grow her Big and Orange Christopher.
