I have been doing some test germination is my homemade chamber.

Once the seeds pop out of the soil, how long should i have the lights on overhead?

24 hours per day or only 12?

Leave lights on daytime, shut of at night,,keep plants about 1 inch away from lights so they dont get leggy.
