Is there a big difference between the "plant and aquarium" grade light tubes and the "regular" one's? 4 foot plant grade are going for about 10 bucks each. I need 6 of them. Or I can get 6 regular one's for a fraction of the cost.

We use flourescent gro-lux lights they are not that expensive especially compared to the prices some of these AG seeds fetch!

Should the lights be turned off at nightime?
