I have a 72 cell mini greenhouse with cover and a heat mat underneath for my pepper seeds. Half the seedlings have sprouted although just a couple days ago. My question is should I remove the cover yet or wait untill they all sprout? Also, a couple seedlings look a bit leggy, although it's too early to tell if they are lacking something as they just came up two or three days ago. I heard that opening the cover will let cooler air in and stunt growth, so the stems get thicker, but if I do that I still have the seeds that have not sprouted yet.

Go to reimerseeds.com. Excellent tutorials on growing peppers, hot and sweet.
Hope this helps.
