I live in Florida. Its the end of August, and I'm preparing my beds for the next season. Planting starts in Sept.

Anyway, I bought these Dill's Atlantic Giant Pumpkin seeds from Lowe's several months ago, and I just now found them.

We've only got about 65 days until Halloween, and the seed packet says it needs 120 days.

Do you think that if I planted them now, we'd just get smaller pumpkins?

Or will it be a waste of my time & energy to attempt them this year?

If it works, my 10 year old will be thrilled.

Too late for Halloween. You could get a Thanksgiving pumpkin or Christmas pumpkin though.
