Bad news, my plants were kinda messed up due to excess nitrogen, particularly organic nitrogen becomming available in the soil from all my spring amendments. Good news, I finally got my wind fence and shade cloth up, and started new plants, 2342 Stelts (May 8) in the front, 10 feet, and 2 1634 Reas behind it (May 18) which are about 3 feet. Still dealing with excess nitrogen in the soil, but I think I can ride it out. I'll just have to cut out all nitrogen fertilizer.
