The garlic between the rows has no nutrient issues but the garlic in the background has some yellowing. This isnt "maturity" yellowing its some sort of root/nutrient inadequacy. But the nutrients should be the same. It might be a soil pathogen. Like strawberries the plants just dont do well in the same spot year after year. The want fresh ground/ new soil biology. I think the plants that escaped out of the rows (the super healthy plants between the rows) are finding better soil biology or less disease. Or maybe I did spread fertilizer between the rows.
