nce my post here yesterday I have had quite a few emails on my onion breed 'Ailsae' Here is a shot of the original bulbs from the cross I made in 1986 with The Kelsae and Ailsa Craig hence the name . You can see they were planted ready to seed in 12 inch clay pots . All the bulbs completely dominated the top shows in 1988. All my onion seed is derived from these bulbs.
