This pumpkin cover is made of 1/2 inch pvc - 2 pieces 8 foot long with a pipe tee in the middle, one cross piece 4 foot long. All glued together. The shade is made from ground cloth used to stop weeds. It allows a little sun - lots of air no heat trapped and water passes through. I used duct tape to hold it on while i wraped string around and down and around each pipe. Larry Landon
