Picture of my garden plot at my job in Princeton, NJ. I'm using this plot to experiment with new varieties of corn, etc. I had some left over seedlings of some hybrid amaranth; so I planted a row at work. The amaranth is a Zambia amaranth (A. hybridus) X giant amaranth cross (A. australis)
