I have my 2004 crosses (680 Lenz = 1236 Eaton x 1260 Weir, 10% OTC) and the reverse (610 Lenz = 1260 Weir x 1236 Eaton, 24% OTC) ready. Look at my diary for pics. The 2 biggest pumpkins in Germany 2004. Supply is limited due to the fact I had not much seeds from both, so - if you´re interested - I would appreciate if you plan to give them a chance in 2005. My email is cologner04@web.de Ingo

Ya know, the 1260's sister, the 580, is a pretty darn good seed! I'm surprised not many folks have grown it...same seed, same plants, reverse cross. Gads grew it before and I recall him saying his was way heavy. I grew it this year and wasn't able to officially weigh it, but the walls were *very* thick, a solid fruit with big ribs.

Thanks Al,
Hey Craig, look back in that junk drawl, allllllllll the way in the back corner stuck to the old butter scotch candy and bubble yum gum, If you do find one dont worrie about taking the old papers and sticky stuff off the seed Ill take care of that at no extra charge to you. Sound like a good deal?Ill tell you what eles Ill do, Ill even throw in my wife, but she isnt refundable.SALES Final on the wife, And oh One more thing, You gotta pay for my Son Brandons trip to Disney Land with his class,After all i am sending the Bubble pack with postage, you can make the rest up to me later. Im just trying to make the best deal possable for ya after all. And in closing, Thanks for the Great deal craig, Bubble is on the way along with my wife, she can be picked up on nothwest airlines flight 222 at 3am in the morning. Ill email you later of the details about her sic Meds and how often she needs to take them,(you have to remind her becuase she forgets to take them for sum reason.) And she has this quick jerking motion in her neck when she talks to people always she does it with out blinking her eyes, Dont worrie about that ether, I hardly even notice she does it any more.
Your New Best friend, Brooks

Thanks for the laugh Brooks!...
The 1260 was flown to Germany and became the property of Jucker Farmmart and Craig only got a handful back from what I understand. I doubt he even has one left for himself unless someone from Germany sent him some.
Jucker doesn't realize how important the seeds can be and I don't think they harvested all of them....a pity for certain!
There may be a few still left in the hands of some German growers or heavy hitters in the states that had great seeds to trade for one but other than that I think it's time to focus on something else...
I have had most of the top seeds at one time or another but I have never even seen a 1260.
