First, my apologies to the guys who have contacted my father for those seeds... Only the 895.5 is for trade.
I just discovered what happened this week...
My father will plant, for the first time, AG in his own patch this year. I have told him that he could use all the seeds I have because I have my five seeds for this year and a lot of seeds I have received from other growers for a long time. I told him that he could use all my stock seeds and choose what he wants to plant or to make exchange with other growers.
I told him (and the people who discuss with me know that for sure) that I won't plant squashes again. I have given back to Michel the 675*Hester he gave me, and I will exchange or give all the other squash seeds I still have.
I have planted a 895.5*Hester last year, with a lot of problems. Brett Hester HIMSELF has sent me 2 of those seeds (you have to ask him to VERIFY to see if I say the truth...). And I said to my father it could be a good seed to exchange. So he suggested this seed to exchange.
But last week I received from Carlos Perez (you certainly know him, I think he's a serious guy...) a 842 Eaton and a 582 Hester. I have put the seeds in my seed list but I didn't tell my father that they are such good seeds that of course I will keep them.
He has just made a mistake thinking he could offer them to other growers.... and I, I'm sorry about this confusion

Second, I'm very very disappointed about what some of you have written ...I just have called my father to clarify the situation, and he told me he was very sad about that, but must of all, he is very sad about what you have written about him.
I think he'll never come back on BP. He was ready to offer hot seeds to have seeds he prefer and to make friends.

When I came here 3 years ago, I didn't feel so much aggressivity and irony...I don't think you have to be famous and have your name on HTGGP III to be a good people...

The seeds my father proposed were not fakes.
He is a very honest man.

It's normal for people to try to be careful about who they trade with...especially with someone they do not know!

If I offended your father in any way I hope you will send him my apologies. I know you are a good and honest person and we will always remain good growing friends no matter what and my seeds will always be your seeds.

It's unfortunate that your father did not introduce himself because all of the problems would not have occurred.

If you want some pumpkin seeds in exchange for the squash seed I will gladly give you some. Like Michael Jackson says
"I'm a grower, not a fighter" LOL!

Time heals all wounds and I'll bet I'm welcome to visit your patch next year when we make our move to New England...and I'll double bet that we'll continue to trade seeds. I've emailed you privately LI.
