My annual plea to all growers...
For 3 years I have offered up free seeds to anyone who asks in my area, in an effort to get a community of growers established in Montana. I've been tapped out twice this past year and have told folks they'll have to wait for 2004 stock (or your older seeds).
I don't pretend to supply any of the highly coveted seeds. Most of these growers are first timers and are impressed with their fruits with little effort exerted. Once they're hooked they can seek out more favorable seed if desired.
It has been great fun and I'm proud to announce our giant pumpkin population has more than QUADRUPLED!!
I am forever groveling for anyone's no-name seeds, bulk is better, so I can continue to infect Montana's hobby growers with competitive pumpkin growing spirit.
If anyone out there has viable seeds to offer up for this cause please contact me. Please, and thank you, in advance. Kim

Ben- What, you don't want to be a Grizzly? I'm guessing your looking at the engineering school????? Just a reminder, spring comes several weeks later in Bozeman than in Missoula!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Missoula is much more pumpkin friendly than Bozeman and besides I am goin to need you to come over in the fall and help me move my 900 lbr!!!!
