If you will get on the genetics board, you will see more details of what I am doing.
Basically I'm a science teacher/fanatical gardener , who's kids want to try giant pumkins. I've gotten into the idea and have decided to do a long-term research/breeding project on the matter. Since we reside in Middle, TN - Pumpkins do not reach those heavy weights regularly. So my project will be using scientific methodology in order to eventually produce a Giant that is suitable and reliable in hot climates.
I'm looking for seeds, not neccessarily from the heaviest of weights (but from parents over 500lb), but they need to mature LATER than 120 days, have THICK fruit walls, THICK vines and are fairly heat tolerant. I don't have alot of cash - and I've already started three commercially available strains (AG, Prizewinner, BM)
Please email me and I will send the stamped packages.

What I ment was his 586Little 307 Little was selfed thus the 586 was born good looking pumpkin too! Also sambo has done the same, with his 658 Lovelace, both outanding shape size, and color.
