Hello! My name is Vaughn and I'm in Helena Montana. I'm currently growing a Werner 953.5 from P&P Seed Company. This seed came from a female 1107.5 Werner X Male 1097.5 Beachy. I have a fruit set and currently weighing in at approx 62.5 lbs. Pumpkin was pollinated on Aug 3rd. Pumpkin skin is currently smooth and is the typical Beachy whitish tan. This is my rookie year so I think I have done fairly decently for a new-B!LOL!! I am eager to trade seeds with anyone who has seeds with good genetics. Just E-male me and I'll be happy to get back in touch with you ASAP! THanks and good luck to everyone! Vaughn

be sure to wait until the pumpkin is at least the size of a beachball before cutting it open for mature seeds, preferably still on the vine...translated to weight, that is around at least 125-150 pounds, and/or at least 40 days old, despite what Tom Beachy may have accomplished... he's an expert. eric
