I have a question for all you experts out there. Does size matter (with pumpkin seeds)? I purchased some seeds this week via mail order (PandP Seed). Some of them are very small and seemingly uncharisteristic for Giant pumpkin seeds.
One specific example: AG3x1000 + Bobier 1025 (white seed) Saller than my Thumbnail - Approx 7/8" x 1/2"
'Looks real puny (and flat @ 1/8"). I am wondering if maybe I got the wrong seed. Or perhaps the size of the seed has nothing to do with its' potential?
I do not want to waste time if I got a genetically inferior seeds. I will just write off my $10 per seed as another bad investment (one of the cheapest bad investments I have made over the past couple years).
Any comments will be appreciated. Brent W.

Seed size doesn't matter... it's the genetics inside.

I do not think seed size matters either.

Possibly the best example is the 705 Stelts. The seed is the size of a field pumpkin seed, but produced a 1230, 1140, 1049, 1016, 922.5.......... Tom Beachy
