Hello,
I am looking for someone in ME or NH that will be growing either a 783 daletas,670 daigle,810 dill,1225 jutras,1101 northrup or 801.5 stelts next year. I would like to purchase a couple of male flowers to pollinate the 1016 daletas I will be growing if possible. Any help would be very much appreciated, thank you very much for your time.

Just remember the viability of the pollen is only a certain number of hours. Pollen viability in a newly opened male flower is about 92% but by the time it closes that same morning the viability will have dropped to 75%, and by the next day it will be only 10% (Nepi and Pacini, 1993). Thus, it is important for a female flower to be pollinated as early as possible on the day it opens while pollen is still viable.

Devan,
This past summer found the members of our Growers Assoc sneaking about the shadows of our friends & fellow club members patches in the wee thin hours. Getting caught is half the fun of course. LOL

Getting caught in the patch is very dangerous.

Is it legal to shoot trespassers? Does it have to be posted?

Shoot...Shovel...Shut Up...It is not illegal unless you are caught. My water barrel clearly states "STAY OUT OF THE PUMPKIN PATCH!!!!ALL TRESPASSERS WILL BE FED TO THE PUMPKINS, NO EXCEPTIONS".
