Found a new passion - Giants of the 'strange and weird' kind!! If you've got flat ones, green ones, warty ones, or other such odd shapes and colors - I'd like to try them next year!!
Don't have to be the largest (over 300lbs preferred) just STRANGE....
Have the SASBE ready to be addressed and sent out. Will be dedicating over 1 acre to just strange pumpkins (maybe more - since the horses/goats didn't bother them this year when the vines went through the fence!!)
Thanks - the kids and schools just loved them this year!!!

I usually get strange shaped pumpkins from late season pollinations. I think high temps during pollination and high temps the following few days cause a greater occurance of odd shaped pumpkins.
