We know they have the genetics - and somehow managed to produce some decent GPs with a first year grower in the middle of a terrible drought!!
Have quite a few to share - or trade:
310 Peck - 587 Bosworth X 587 Moore. Big green Pear that was crossed with a big Orange Football (God only knows what'll happen when the seeds grow!!)
300 Peck - 587 Moore selfed. Big orange football. Very vigorous plant! Grew 3 200 pounders and this 300 pounder all on the same plant - in the middle of a severe drought!!
150 Peck - 625 Foss selfed. Big Pale orange oval. Very vigorous plant that tried to set about 10 GPs at once! After I harvested this one - it grew 5 more 70lb Jack-o-lanterns.
160 Peck - 845 nesbitt selfed. Swear it looked like a giant yellow crooknecked squash! Very unusual!
210 Peck - 625 Foss Selfed. Off a different plant. These were very vigorous, and very consistant with the Pale orange Ovals - and large numbers of set Pumpkins.. You were culling a pumpkin a day off of these guys!!
Send me a wish list and a SASBE.
