Hello, I am a commercial vegetable/small fruit grower, But I'm new to pumpkins this year. I am looking for seed to get a pretty pumpkin with a nice symmetric globe shape, a good dark non-russeted orange color and deep ridges. I would also like it to be in the 500+ pound range. Please email me if you have something like that or can recommend a good seed. Thanks Jack Lane jacklane@bgberry.com

The 901 doesn't always produce color that vivid, at least my (2) 901's in 2002/03? didn't...I'd go with a more proven color seed...the 601 Rahe would be the better choice and he's on this site regularly.

The 710 Companion, Wins the Purdy Pumpkin contest every year at th VGVGA Weigh off. There was some up for bid in the Auction last week. Maybe one of the winners would trade with ya? I have one but I have a grip on it, and I can't let go! Doeski.
