Tom, NOOOOOO! Dont do that! You dont want to be fighting with your neighbor, Just tear down your garage and drive way and one side of your house for more patch space, everyone knows that Tom, why you want to use your neigbors yard is beyond me.

Go for the neighbors I tilled up 1000sq foot of the neighbors yard/city right of way. He was happy not to have to mow it.
