OK, lets try to clear up any confusion:
You send me a written list
I put you in the swap queue
Your name gets called and people bid seeds for your lot for 3 mins
after that 3 mins you must decided who you are swapping with.
You do not send me any seeds
You cannot say you dont want to swap
You cannot swap the seeds that you sent in on your list before your name is called.
You do not need to send in a list to play, if you do not send in a list you can bid on other peoples seeds.
Some very good seeds have been swapped in the past.
Don't over think this folks
It's really simple.
I've had plenty of seeds sent to me from Europe
AND LAST...
If you think you are a loser because you are not going to Niagara, thats your own hangup.

In the past we have not posted a list as it is unnecessary. The way I tried to do it in the past, is to simply get a list of names, although some always insisted on sending what they are offering. The swapmaster doesn't care what your offering and you can change your seed or lot your offering right up until the second he calls you to bat.
This is meant to be a fun way to pass the time. We started doing it on Niagara weekend because many that go to the chat do not always get to go to the conference. There's no need to make it more than it really is guys. All you need to do is send your name to Tom and be prepared to swap the seeds you offer. The most important thing to remember is to have fun.
