I wanted to get back into giant pumpkin growing this year but circumstances conspired against me. I started building a new house last year and this past winter my entire seed collection was left in an unheated out-building. It seems Atlantic Giants, along with peppers, cucmbers, zuchini, etc. can't handle Yukon winters. Nothing would sprout for me: Desrosiers 600, Blair 525, Dopp 788, Walters 641, etc., etc. To make matters worse, the seeds from my Yukon record pumpkin of 2003 were all eaten by mice. So I'm in bad shape. I'm hoping somebody will feel sorry for me and share some seed. I can pay for shipping and whatever. Please e-mail Vaughan at yices@yknet.ca Thanks.
