We are growing the Reiss here in cold Santa Cruz, California. We have it to 520lbs. It's beautiful, round and orange. It's been a problem free plant and pumpkin for us. Our was pollinated with the 1097 Beachy.

The pictures will be coming in a week or so. We have our weigh-off this weekend so probably not until after that.

My 1233.5 slowed down just over 600 lbs. I lost interest but maintained foliar feeding. We have a great looking orange fruit. The weighoff will have to tell the rest of the story. Our cold sunless days, cool and heavy rains certainly has had something to do with the last four weeks.
Disappointing to say the least. I may have to do this again if I can find another seed. It sure is a great plant and nice looking fruit.
