Hello from the fog belt in Reedsport Or.I am looking to buy or trade pumpkin seeds. I grew a 886lb pumpkin this year. I am willing to trade or buy seeds. The 886 is a 1016 daletas, 1458 whittier, it was grown by Bill Rodonis which was a 997.5.

loot, keep checkin on this board...later in the fall, and into the winter, once weigh-off time is past, and folks have had a chance to dry their seeds and relax a bit...lot of offers for good seeds will come up. Great job with the 886. Another possibility for good seeds could come from one of the great growers clubs in the PNW. Hope this helps. Peace, Wayne
PS Also, lots of great, (fun) auctions come thru this site, most...if not all...raise money for good causes. Pricey for the good stuff...but...such is life.

Here in the Fog Belt we had our weigh off Oct.14. My 886 took the champion ship. We had about 10 growers here. The pumpkins ranged from about 45lbs. up to 886. Most of the growers were from right here in the Reedsport area. I am trying to get more people to grow up and down the coast but haven't had a lot of luck with that. All the money raise at our weigh off went to the local boosters club to help needy kids here in our school dist. Any ideas on how to get more interest in growing would be great..
