LaRue 2006 Seeds
Our 2006 seed counts are low overall. This year I want to do my seed trades a little differently. First, the majority of my seeds will be going to the Dill’s and will be available from their web page. Secondly, I will supply seeds to the clubs that I am involved in for their fund raisers and seed giveaways. The majority of what are left over will be held back for the future. The remaining will be sent to growers only if they are going to plant the seed in 2007. On the flip side, I am only going after just the seeds I plan to plant next season. I do not want to send out 1900 seeds that are going to stay in a storage container for years or receive seeds that will just stay in my storage containers. Below is a list of our 2006 pumpkins. We had 12 pumpkins make it through the year in good condition and onto a scale. If you see one of our crosses that you are going to plant in 2007 let me know.

Thank you for your interest in our seeds. The main reason we posted our seed list is to let everyone know what crosses we made. After pulling and counting seeds we realized we will have a difficult time just meeting our obligations to the Dills and clubs. Unfortunately, the best we can do at this time is to advise you that if there is a cross of ours that you like keep checking the Dill Web site. If the seed is there grab it. We will only have enough for a one time shot for the Dill’s once they’re gone they’re gone. I wish we had more to go around, but we just don’t. Jack LaRue

I believe Jack's 1201.5 is a 1068 Wallace X 1139 Sherwood. The 1131 was a 1139 Sherwood X ??.
