dang! that's a nice cross!!!
sure, i'll take some!
hey, no kidding here; the 845 X 1140 cross in my 728.5 has ALWAYS produced orange, and the 510.6, its remake, weighed like a rock for its size, being off of the 845 Bobier. Judging by the 289 it seems to have a reliable orange-producing characteristic.
with the recent wave of seeds from smaller fruit producing HUGE offspring, maybe more widespread planting of them will open up new vaults of possibilities. come on, give a 289 a try! herbie, don't hit me for this, lol, and if you run low, you know where to get a few more--- eric g

That is a nice cross. Interested in green? I have my own 507 which is Hester 895.5 x self. It would nbe a nice color for color trade.
