Hi! I was so lucky to meet all of you wonderful people last year. I recieved too many seeds to plant and couldn't see them just sitting in storage so I saved a few choice seeds, planted some (my first year wasn't too great), and donated the rest to the local kids for them to learn about agriculture. It was a big hit! This year I would like to give some seeds to the local 4H chapter for the pumpkin patch projects. Each kid will grow thier own pumpkin patch and record the details of growing. The seeds don't need to be the most sought after ones, just those sitting around in the dusty shoebox will be great! I will be sure to put your name on the list of donors for the kids projects. If you have some extra seeds and would like to help out, send them to:
Shannon Haefner 254 Oberdorf Lane Mifflinburg, PA 17844
Thank you very much!

Send me your name and address lauralie. I can send you about 100 seeds if you want them. I have tons of old seeds from growers. I'd be happy to see someone using them instead of throwing them away. PumpkinBrat at cnycruzin1@aol.com

Wow! Thank you all so much!
Captain Cold Weather, I think it would be cool to have some different seeds available for the kids that want to be different. It's better than them coloring thier hair purple!LOL! That would be nice. Thanks!

Thank you sooo much for your generosity! I believe that by making AG seeds readily available to our next generation, it will get so many more kids interested in learning about agriculture. Now a days so many kids think that pumpkins grow pre-painted with faces in the supermarket. Where is our future going? Hopefully once a few kids like that see what thier friends grew with these seeds, they will start to inquire and learn a lot more than they knew a year ago. I am also looking for a kid friendly way to give advice on soil amendments and vine pruning and such. I'm considering gathering a little info together and giving it out with the seeds. I think that with a little help, these kids will give the adults some real competition! Thank you again!
