I'm scratching my head wondering why one would use "Scam Free" wording in a Seed Exchange post?

I had a good LOL. Wouldn't a scam have to cross your mind at some point wether you were planning to or not to use the phrase? It immediately reminded me of those new untested inventions that are "as seen on tv" where they hire a talkinghead to assure you its "worry free" ...:)
