We started a giant pumpkin weigh-off last year in Kansas, and our latest pumpkin entered was 690 lb. We want to grow some giants for this year's contest. Can anyone send me some seeds? Thanks! smoky@bisonfarm.com

I've been sending the photo to the ones that are sending me seeds. I raise bison, and the herd gets to eat the leftover pumpkins in the field when we're done with the season. Makes for awesome photos... Thanks, smoky@bisonfarm.com

On Feb26th we drove through the Flint Hills on our way home from Texas, hoping to see bison on the Tall Grass Prairie preserve. Hwy 177 is a nice drive but no bison. Wish we had known about your place sooner. I help with the fall round-up at the "Silver Bison Ranch", near Baldwin, Wisconsin. James

Sorry you didn't see buffalo while in Kansas...they do tend to roam...but there aren't large herds of them like there were 150 years ago. If you plan a trip thru here again sometime, please stop by the Bison Farm off of I-135 south of Salina.

My husband made the corn cannon. Besides ears of corn, we shot easter egg gourds.Three shots for a dollar...
