They have these seeds the original seed came from 1061x1006.
Might get some good genetics.

Wetneck, I also grew one of the Waterman 1006x1061 last year
the plant was great but I lost the best Punkin from a blossom end blow out it measured to weigh 315# on July 27th.
The fruit was high and round but not very long. What was your specimin like?

My pumpkin vine was attacked by borers. It also measured to about 300 lbs. The fruit was light orange when finished. Fruit growth slowed big time after the bugs got it. It was high, but it was long shaped also. I let the first fruit grow, because it was out growing all the later ones. It came on about 8 feet off the main vine. This year I will try the nematode injections. I always get those borers on my cucumbers and sometimes on my watermelons too.
