Asking for another grower outside of the US in the UK. If they want to send seed to US do they need to do anything special? Certificates, custom declarations? or just send it...... Please Advise

Mark went to a lot of trouble researching how to go through the process of sending Seeds to the USA and not having them destroyed by US Customs.

Yes, I sent it to the UK grower who requested the info. Thanks for pointing that out. I know that any postal package within a radius of Washington DC. Letters and packages get irradiated......
