well heres some help,,,,,these are other growers,, that made the same cross,,the same year ,,,,1032,,Urena,,,,,947 Hunt ,,,,,825 Foss,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,if anyone knows how to contact these growers ,,would be much easyier ,,then trying to get a 998,,,,,,,hope this helps good luck,,,,and if anyone has a 947 hunt please email me i`ll take one ,,,,,littlebit@horizonview.net

Actually, the 947 Hunt is the same cross as the 1231 Pukos.
Phil also did the reverse cross (same as 998), which was the 847 Hunt. It only had three seeds and they have yet to be grown

littlebit, I believe you searched for the same cross as the 1231 Pukos, which is why you came up with the 1032 Urena, 947 Hunt, etc. Searching for seeds with the same cross as the 998 yields the 1083.5 Martin and the 793 Brock. Hope that helps, Brian.

1032 urena ( 1446 Eaton x 1420 Larue ) is opposite of the 998 Pukos. The 991 urena is the same cross as the 998 Pukos. I crossed the 998 x 991 this last season. Heavy duty seed cross. Time will tell. 991 urena is not listed on the AGGC, but I recieve all my seeds from the actual growers. Happy seed Hunting.

ok,,,well there you have it folks ,,thats three crosses the same as the 998 ,,(991 URENA)-1083.5 MARTIN) AND 793 BROCK),I WOULD STILL THINK THIS WOULD BE EASYIER THEN GETTING A 998 ,,,JUST TRYING TO HELP!GOOD LUCK TO ALL

There have been other posts on this too. There are several other seeds of both crosses out there, most have no progeny.
