For you Grateful Dead fans out there, you know what "praying for a miracle" means. I'm going to give it a shot in the pumpkin world. Is there anyone out there who has a couple of 998.6 Pukos selfed or sibbed offspring that they are willing to part with? If so, please e-mail me at mgoodmanatc@yahoo.com.
Thanks for your consideration, Mark G.

John and James Van Hook crossed the 998 and the 1231 Pukos. The 907 Van Hook is 1231 X 998 and the 941.5 Van Hook is 998 X 1231.
Joe Richards grew a 1468 on the 998 Pukos that was selfed.

Fogsurfer, you are very generous with other growers seeds, why not allow the actual grower to offer them....

Just trying to help someone out who was looking for help. I have none to part with, like he asked, but I can go as far as to point him in the direction of someone offering seeds. Right?

Mark - i did the 998.6 X self this year and it is still growing on the vine. Let me know if you want some seeds. It is about 650lbs and perfectly round and a very nice orange. I will try to get some pics entered this weekend. Email me if you want some seed. deangreenthumb@mchsi.com

Joe - i decided to leave the pumpkin on the vine and scrap the fishing and hunting. Thats what a true giant pumpkin grower would do. Hey.........didnt you go hunting last weekend? hhahaha. Do you want to help me lift it this friday or sat? I'll flip ya a seed. lmao.

Dean, Fortunately for both of us we have our patches conveniently located on Duck sloughs... Unfortunately I have already taken your pumpkin and turned it into a sweet duck boat for this weekend, I'll try not to shoot towards the house! Pancakes at 5? Oh and due to a very low seed count I can only give you 1.. lmao
