I understand there were not a lot of the 998 pukos seeds. But there must be some nice offspring crosses with the 998. If someone can help me with some seeds I would appreciate it.

Maybe not the correct place for this post, but I like your cross(who wouldn't?).

Has anyone else besides you grown it yet? What I'm getting at here is I've decided to dedicate a spot in my patch to a good cross by someone else which might not ever see much soil. Not that I'm a heavy-hitter by any sense of the term, but I improve every year and one never knows.

Your 893 looks like a good candidate and some of the crosses I AM going to grow would be a great match. Would you like to trade for a 664.5 Liggett x 1030 Armstrong cross? It grew my PB of 993.5 this year and I crossed it with a 559 Liggett.
