hello burrhead i have to give you a big thanks,, for a wile there i didnt think i was going to get any seeds,well they showed up dinner time today..
one question is there any tips to starting the giant tomato seeds.?

youre very welcome! i start my giant tomato seeds about the same as regular tomato seeds, sometimes though if you want the maters for fall competition start them about a month later than normal this way youll have good tomatoes come october!ps i usually use small pete pots and a good starting mix to start seeds in sometimes i use a heat matt under them set on 80 degrees till they germ but usaully just sit in a sunny window till they germ good luck and god bless ya keith

and what about the pumpkin/squash seeds...?
what one are they at the time i was looking for squash i cant rember what i told you. thanks pal...

i have the tomato seeds in bounty sheets and damp paper in a zip lock bag,,,how many days well it take to get a tiny root? iam on the 6th day and out of the first 7 seeds i started none have cracked...

cueball i usually direct start tomato seeds havent started them in paper towels so i cant answer this ?

well burr thanks again i have 2 seedlings out of the first 6 seeds i started..should i put the stem under the soil a bit i notice its growing kind of tall and skinny...

you can put a bit of soil on the seedling just make sure they get plenty of light so thye dont get to tall and lanky good luck my friend!
