This year I used some seeds from Hugh, not knowing what they were. My patch doesn't get much sunlight, and is in my backyard.
With that in mind, what seeds should I aim to get this year?

seeds are important, but you need all the sun you can get. maybe you should move you patch on a different place on your lawn so it will get alot of sunshine

I live in an apartment building, and the owner won't let me use the front lawn ;-)
The only other spot is taken by the mildew infested neighboring garden ;-(
I'll try to see what I can compromise with the other grower.

See about "renting" a patch close to home! Put an ad in the paper, you may end up meeting helpers!

Yes, helpers! There just may be an old farmer out there that wouldn't mind "babysitting" one of your plants. You can always use help weeding!

oh, cool!
How would I "put an ad in the paper"? How much would it cost? Would it be a farming area? or would it be someone yard??

Lots of folks around here would gladly let somebody use a piece of land for free! Keeps them from having to bush-hog several times a year. Just ask around.
