Monster, go buy 2 9 x 6 bubble envelopes, stuff one in the other with postage stamps on it and your address, send the one with the envelope in it to the person your getting the seeds from, put a thank you note in the envelope and send it. I get my bubble envelopes from a dollar store or cub foods, 1.60? on each envelope for postage. (I hope this helps, it can sound confusing)

Richard,

You do not need to "stuff" one bubble into the other. Why waste the money on 2 bubbles when 1 will do? Put the SABP inside a 9" X 12' manilla envelope.
