declare the seeds as "pumpkin supplies" and I have had maybe 100 bbls in the last 3 years from europe and canada with no problems (hope that doesn't jinx me)

Only problem I have had is when opening the package sent to me from England I noticed that a seed was missing and I could tell that the envelope had been tampered with and and repaired but the seed was taken.
