Hello, I know now is a bit late for this, but when you all send back seeds bubble to Italy please, on the Customs Declaration,PS form don't write (pumpkin seeds)I think some law are changed here, and the Italian customs don't want the seeds come in Italy The customs want to know the value of the seeds, and the invoice, but how we all know, almost seeds in excahange are for free, gift ecc.
Right now I got a request from customs about a bubble that is hold from customs, I can't say them the value of the seeds, because this have not value I have not payed a cent!
Customs can send back the bubble to the sender

Sergio, there might be a way how bubbles comes through safely to you and way faster. From USA/Canada bubbles with custom declaration stamp to Finland takes about two weeks. I have got so far all trough without our Custom taken any.

I just got 3 bubbles from PA,OH and from Ontario without custom declaration stamps. They all came trough in just 4!!! days here.

It might be up to senders post office if they are able to send bubbles without Declaration. Maybe so that you just fill bubbles,put stamps and priority(or air mail sticker on it) and drop to mail box.

Maybe someone from States/Canada can lighten this up, are you able to send without Declaration?

Just my 2 euro cents.

What you are suggesting is illegal..I am not sure what the fine is but I bet its not small if you are caught.

According to my postal lady. Anything under 16 ounces now does not need the green declaration sticker attached to the bubble.

Having argued several times with a post master..You are dealing with a federal bureau here. In reality all seed packages must be Labeled "Clearly" with the Variety, Growers Full Name,Address, and Place of Origin. You don't want to make your postmaster mad..Because they control the flow of bubbles being returned.

I think labeling them pumpkin growing supplies seems to work well,, no lies to get caught up in, but not labeling it seeds makes it clear customs easier,,this is what several Canadian growers have suggested to me when i send bubbles out of country
