Richard Brovillard thanks for your kindniss to pay for the postage and send me this good seeds.Hope I can grow again a SA record with this seeds. Hope you or someone can help me to tell me what seeds is the best to plant:
This is the seeds you and other growers send me. I plant 4 plants this year and my season start the end of September. My patch is almost ready. Will update my diary next week after I make up my mind what to plant.

Hi Drikus,

Hope you have a good year again without the big split. I'd grow the top 4 seeds listed. As backup I would put in the 1290, 958 and a few of your own 837s.

Just my two cents worth. Your season is opposite of us here in America, that means everyone at bigpumpkins watchs your diary wishing they could be growing. A little added presure, theres 1,00 people watching your diary daily wishing they could be growing like you, (joking, theres probably only 500)

the 1105.5 grew my 1250, perfect shape and a bit over the chart. the only seed planted to my knowledge

I think you are right with the 837 it is a very large seed and I like it and I think I can grow a very large pumpkin from it and he perform well with the hot summers in SA. My 1285 est very small seeds it was the Chambers 1242 and polinate with the 1186 Bowles also like the hot summer. No one mension the 1568 Connoly? I also think it must be a good seed the female was the 1689 Jutras.
