Bryan I am from Louth but I only grow big pumpkins and other non giant vegetables.But if I was in your position I would join the European Giant Vegetable Growers Association which send out free seed packages and newsletters throughout the year which will help you out a lot.Check out their website.The membership is only €15 for a year.
