Hello everyone,
I better start this with a good joke... hmmmm, a skeleton walks into the bar and says, " I need a beer....aaand a mop..."
Well, first of all, yes this is another club seed request. Here is the new part. Julie and I have taken the reigns as the seed committee chairmen for the PGVG and we are out begging everyone for seeds. (I know, imagine that, Brett begging for seeds, but this time its for a good cause in the PGVG) I have been kind of out of the loop and am not sure how this whole seed donation thing works anymore, but any seeds you can spare will be very welcome.
I know very well that pretty much all of you get hammered each year for seeds, but as you also know, the PGVG is very good about turning your donations into a huge seed giveaway to our membership and in doing so, gets your seeds in the hands of more growers.
With all that in mind, and to avoid begging too much, anything you can spare, be it seeds from a good cross but it only weighs 227 pounds (Leland)up to the World record, be it Pumpkin, Squash, Giant corn or whatever freaky giant veggie you are king (or queen, sorry Julie) at growing, please send them our way.
