I believe that this is an EXTREMELY rare seed.
Unless you have VERY deep pockets AND/or many connections with other growers you will have difficulty attaining this seed.
I thought this Pumpkin went to Europe and Craig only got something like 75 seeds back.

CEIS, that is the way I understand it. He gave some to friends. Then from the hundred or so bubble packs he dropped the rest of the seeds he would give away. The bubble packs the seeds landed on were the lucky ones. The rest he kept. (or that's the way I heard the story. I could be wrong).

I was lucky enough to recieve one straggler with a large split in it from the very generous Mr. Weir. I didn't grow it last season because I knew we would be moving, now that we purchased a mini farm I am afraid I don't have optimum conditions to do it justice. I would never give it away and I plan on crossing it with the reverse cross from his 580 pumpkin then selfing the seeds from both pumpkins next season. I just hope the 1260.4 germinates I have kept it in the freezer.
