You need the luck of an Irish man,the feet of a dozen rabbits, 100 four-leafed clovers, a few horseshoes, and a deeper pocketbook than the person bidding against you in an auction. Wish we had better news than this, but that is a very in demand seed. Shannon

Well I have an old picture of Abe (really old) but he forgot to sign it. I don't have a retirement I gave it all to the government, I already sold my soul for something else, I could get the feet of a dozen rabbits, 1 four leafed clover, and 4 horse horseshoes, It looks like I am just a little bit short. I guess I will have to keep saving up for it.

The 845 has come up at several auctions this winter. It sold for between $250 & $335 as I recall. That turned out to be too many Abe's for me too. But with all the other good seeds out there, I'm not losing any sleep over it. In good hands, even average unproven seed will perform better than improperly managed 845's. Steve
