There is a 1061 Zehr listed on the Dill seed auction.
Not too sure what lot # it is.

Yeah.....why the 1061? I grew it years back, had 2 two somethings on it, ugly and white, and it was given 700 SF to grow in. Did you ever look on the AGGC to see it's prodigy? It's not good...LOL! I also gre the "one ton cross" that year, and in 500 SF that grew my 419. It was crossed with the 1061 {mistake}. If you want any of those seeds, I haven't ate them yet...LOL. 419 = "one ton cross" { 266 Meisner = 1061 X 1006} X 1061 Zehr

#1 its the first 1000 pounder that people recognize. Meaning it is a trophy piece #2 its from 1996...most website members were not growing back then #3 it was one of the most heavilly planted seeds ever...more than likely pretty rare now.

I hear what you're saying Tom. But I just thought there'd be at least one or two of them on the market to trade for a current '01 or '02 1000lb seed. Any takers... <:^}> BF

1061 looked good on paper but the results were very disappointing

Snake Oil, Most, if not all of the 1061's were marketed by Ray Waterman. They were something like $25 a seed back in 1997. Some people paid the $ and some didn't. The ones that did probably bought one seed, tried it and moved on..Joe P.

i think the problem is there are NO pictures, but numerous offspring....as high as 850 uow for a Steve Thorson-- if you're an AGGC member, contact the previous growers of this seed! and good luck! i myself was interested but there were no pictures---that would help a lot! 'pal
