I was a newbie this year learning a lot from my mistakes like trying to go completely organic and having my plants succumb to a couple of diseases and not getting a 1000 pounder even though I had the Holland 1505 seed. Anyone can help me on how to process the seeds from the pumpkin I did get (maybe only 200lbs) would be appreciated. My seeds in the past usually turn black from mildew. Also anyone wanting seed is welcome after the processing.
